i'm still here
But I'm not standing.
Still in the cast, for much longer than they thought I'd be. I'm actually in more pain than I used to be. And I'm buried under paperwork. I haven't blogged because I haven't wanted to depress anyone.
Thanks for the well-wishes! I'll be back and cheery soon!

This will make you feel better. Just before the beginning of 6th grade in a new city, I managed to break my left tibia in two places. I was stuffed into a cast that came up just shy of the pelvis. After a month or so, I got a cast that let me bend my knee again, but it still had things sticking up to protect my knee. Once the cast finally came off, I broke my left ankle (yes, same leg) on a camping trip and was in a cast for another month. Total time in a cast? Six months.
My only word of advice? Stay away from camping trips once you get that sucker off. Here's to feeling better soon!
Get better soon! And hope U had a great Thanksgiving.
