home again, home again, jiggity jig
Yep, I'm actually heading for home this afternoon for the weekend.
We'll see what happens with The Man Who Lives in the House. He did buy me a pair of shoes and all last weekend. Seriously sexy shoes. Of course, shoes can't save a marriage.
But they can't hurt.
After all, it means he understands my shallow, materialistic self, right?

Best of luck to you, lady. I really hope it works out for you. We don't know each other obviously, but I keep hoping to hear a happy update from you on the home situation -- I'm thinking happy thoughts for you!!!
Lemme know if it doesn't work out. I'll buy you shoes when I'm solvent again, baby (which will be right after The Man Who Takes Up Too Much Room Around Here leaves).
Wa-Wa bought me shoes on our first overnight trip. I had a lovely dress and he found matching woven shoes with an awesome design. They fit ! It was a match made in heaven.
Of course, I didn't get shoes again until this December (a decade later) but he made up for the time lag with hot pink and black Converse hi-tops.
Sigh...they are wuv-lee...simply wuv-lee...
My husband has never bought me shoes. You are both bitches.
meow ! put the claws back in, girl
Shoes? Hope that they are a good sign!
